Record the exact scheme code and brochure version. A similarly named older scheme may have different sectors, rates, documents or payment terms.
Separate Each Money Term
Application fee, registration money, allotment money, premium, instalments, interest, lease rent, taxes and processing charges are not the same. Build a dated payment table from the brochure.
Check Changes After Publication
Corrigenda, extension notices, draw information and office orders can alter the working timeline. Use the authority page and scheme portal, not screenshots shared without a URL.
