These are corridor-level facts. They do not describe the width, access, services or development status of an individual sector road or plot.

Where Does the Yamuna Expressway Run?

The expressway connects the National Capital Region near Greater Noida with Agra. It is the principal north–south transport spine for the wider YEIDA planning region, but the notified area extends beyond the road itself. Access to a sector depends on the completed local road network, interchange location and the exact site—not simply its distance from the expressway.

How Large Is the YEIDA Planning Area?

YEIDA’s current infrastructure page describes a notified area of approximately 2,689 square kilometres across six districts and a development area of about 25,000 hectares along the corridor. Phase boundaries, notified villages and plan areas differ, so a figure from one master plan should not be applied automatically to another.

Which Technical Figures Should Be Treated as Historical?

The former version of this website listed engineering figures including a 3.75-metre lane width, a 6-metre median, 70 vehicular underpasses, 41 minor bridges and 183 culverts. That archived page did not identify a current primary source or revision date for those figures. They are retained here as search and document context, not certified current specifications. Confirm structure counts, toll-plaza configuration, speed limits and engineering dimensions through the current road operator or responsible authority before relying on them.

How Is the Expressway Different from YEIDA?

The Yamuna Expressway is the road corridor. YEIDA is the statutory planning and development authority for its notified area. A plot described as being “on Yamuna Expressway” may sit within a planned sector, village, private development or another jurisdiction; the phrase alone does not prove authority allotment, land use or title.

How Should This Information Be Verified?

Use the primary record. Check the current YEIDA overview and infrastructure pages for regional facts, then use the governing plan, project record or concessionaire document for a more specific engineering or property question.
