Editorial Policy
The editorial policy requires accurate, plain-language summaries; primary-source priority; visible dates and status labels; separation of fact, media report, explanation and opinion; and prompt correction of material errors. Commercial promotion, invented figures, hidden sponsorship and unverified investment claims are not permitted.
Independence
Editorial choices must not be controlled by property sellers, project promoters or government bodies. Any future sponsorship must be labelled and separated from research.
Evidence and Attribution
Facts are linked to the closest reliable source. Time-sensitive claims record publication and verification dates where available.
Status Language
Proposed, announced, approved, tendered, under construction and operational are distinct. A project advances only when a dated source supports the change.
Corrections
Material errors should be corrected promptly, with an explanatory correction note when the change affects interpretation.
